At present, the demand for humidity measurement and control in China's industrial and agricultural production is increasing. Dew point meter, as an instrument for measuring humidity, has the advantages of wide measurement range, high accuracy, and easy operation. The humidity online detection that can be used for industrial and agricultural production has a wide range of applications in various fields such as metrology, meteorology, aerospace, petroleum, chemical engineering, and military engineering.

(1) Optical path section: The optical path detection system is mainly composed of light-emitting tubes, receiving tubes, and other devices, which can detect the real-time condensation state of the mirror surface.
(2) Refrigeration control part: composed of a mirror, a cold stack, a base, a heat pipe radiator, and a fan. The mirror is embedded in the cold surface of the cold stack, and the cold stack is embedded in the base, dissipating heat through the radiator and being cooled by the fan. Strong cooling capacity and high efficiency.
(3) Gas path section: The gas path section includes gas sampling joints, sampling tubes, stainless steel needle type regulating valves, quick plugs, measuring chambers, flow meters, exhaust pipes, etc. The sampling tubes are made of polytetrafluoroethylene tubes with an inner diameter of 3mm and a wall thickness of 1mm, ensuring measurement accuracy.
(4) Electronic display part: using TFT4.2 color LCD touch screen, real-time display of current measured dew point temperature, equilibrium process curve, flow rate, time and other information. It has functions such as alarm, self detection, historical storage and query, power and flow detection, calibration, etc.

When the measured gas passes through the dew point measurement chamber, it passes over a cold mirror surface. When the temperature of the mirror surface is higher than the dew point temperature of the gas, the mirror surface is in a dry state. At this time, the light emitted by the light-emitting diode shines on the mirror surface and is almost completely reflected. The photoelectric sensor senses and outputs the photoelectric signal, which is compared and amplified by the control circuit to drive the thermoelectric pump (driven by a four stage Peltier) Component composition), cooling the mirror surface. When the mirror surface temperature drops to the dew point temperature of the sample gas, the mirror surface begins to condense, the light shines on the mirror surface and diffuses, and the reflected light signal sensed by the photoelectric sensor weakens accordingly. This change is compared and amplified by the control circuit, and then the thermoelectric pump excitation is adjusted to reduce its cooling power. In this way, the dew on the cold mirror surface is in equilibrium with the water vapor in the gas through automatic control. The mirror surface temperature is sensed by a platinum resistance (PT100) temperature sensor closely below the cold mirror surface, and the mirror surface temperature (i.e. the temperature of the dew layer) is accurately measured, so as to obtain the dew point temperature of the gas. As a humidity measurement standard or to determine whether the moisture content of gas has an impact on the production process, ensuring production safety.

It mainly includes the following parts:

1. Test head: Rotate the compression cover on the test head counterclockwise to open the test head. The internal test head can be removed, and the test probe is equipped with a light-emitting tube and a receiving tube. The cold mirror is located in the center of the measurement chamber, making it easy to disassemble and clean.

2. Air inlet: The air inlet of the instrument is a fixed part of the quick connector, which matches with the movable part of the quick connector for easy insertion and removal. It is connected to the equipment through an air path connecting pipe.

3. Color LCD Touch Screen: Adopting TFT4.2 color LCD touch screen, with function keys and display on it, it displays real-time measured dew point temperature, equilibrium process curve, flow rate, time and other information. Easy and simple to operate.

4. Light intensity adjustment knob: Turning the knob clockwise can enhance the photoelectric signal, adjust the strength of the light intensity, and make the sensor work in the optimal state for easy observation and reducing errors.

Rear panel:

The rear panel of YHWSY-C mirror dew point meter is shown in the following figure:

1. Power switch: Press the power switch to power on the system, and the instrument will start working for initialization and related testing.
2. Charging port: The instrument is equipped with a rechargeable battery, which can be charged by connecting to a dedicated charger. The battery can work continuously for more than 6 hours.
3. Air outlet: When measuring corrosive or toxic gases, the air outlet is connected to the corresponding exhaust pipe to recover or treat the exhaust gas accordingly; When measuring non-toxic gases, the gas can be directly discharged through the outlet.
